Asphalt paving and sealcoating, Huntington Beach CA
Fresh stripes.
South Coast Paving. We pave it, seal it, and stripe it, so your lot reads crisp from the street. Asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, ADA work, and concrete across Orange County.
What we do
The whole lot, handled.
One call covers the surface and everything painted on it. No juggling a paver, a sealer, and a striper.
01Asphalt paving
New lots and overlays, graded right and compacted to last. The surface everything else sits on.
02Sealcoating
A protective coat that shields asphalt from sun, oil, and water, and brings back that deep black finish.
03Parking lot striping
Crisp stalls, arrows, fire lanes, and crosswalks. The lines your customers actually navigate by.
04ADA compliance
Accessible stalls, signage, and markings brought up to code, so your lot is legal and usable for everyone.
05Concrete work
Curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and approaches. The hard edges that frame the asphalt.
How we work
From faded to fresh.
Walk the lot
We come out, look at the surface, and talk through what it actually needs. Paving, sealing, striping, or all three. You get a straight quote, not a sales pitch.
Prep and pave
Repairs first, then the surface work: patching, paving or sealcoating, scheduled around your business hours so the lot stays usable.
Stripe it fresh
Clean lines, correct ADA markings, fire lanes and arrows. The lot reopens reading crisp from the street.

Before you call
Straight answers.
Do you work on commercial lots, residential driveways, or both?
Both. Parking lots are the core of the business, but driveways, private roads, and small commercial sites are all in scope. If it is asphalt or concrete, call and ask.
What does sealcoating actually do?
It is a protective coating over asphalt that slows damage from sun, oil, and water, and restores the deep black look. Think of it as sunscreen and a fresh coat of paint for your lot in one pass.
How often should a parking lot be restriped?
It depends on traffic and sun exposure, but most lots need fresh paint every one to two years to stay readable. Faded lines are also a liability issue, especially around ADA stalls and fire lanes.
Can you bring my lot up to ADA code?
Yes. Accessible stalls, access aisles, signage, and markings are part of the striping work, and we bring existing lots into compliance.
Will the work shut down my business?
We schedule around your hours and phase the work so the lot stays usable. Most sealcoating and striping is staged to keep you open.
